At LOLU HEALTH, we stand behind the products we sell and hope that you are more than satisfied with your goods. However, please note the following policies regarding refunds and returns:
Non-Refundable Products
All nutritional supplements and food products intended for consumption are non-refundable, and we do not accept returns. Additionally, if the order has been fulfilled, it is non-refundable.
Due to the nature of nutritional supplements and food products, items intended for consumption cannot be re-sold to other customers once they are returned. This policy ensures that all products we provide meet the highest standards of safety and quality for every customer.
For eligible returns, if you choose store credit, the full amount of the purchase will be issued as credit.

Non-Refundable Rate for Nutrition Assessment
The non-refundable rate for nutrition assessments is to protect LOLU HEALTH in circumstances of sudden cancellation and to compensate the business for the time, effort, and money expended up to that point. When you don’t attend your appointment or don’t give us enough notice that you can’t attend, that also means that we have turned away other clients because that time was allocated to you specifically for that service, which is not fair on other clients trying to secure an appointment.
Policies to Ensure Service Quality
To ensure we can offer the best service to you and all our valued clients, we have in place the following policies. We may use our discretion and waive or relax the policy where we deem necessary if the circumstance is an emergency. We greatly appreciate your support of our service and we promise to provide the utmost professional service to you with every visit.
Cancellation and Charges
Cancellation within 48 hours will be charged $188 for the completion of initial assessment preparation. A report of the prepared initial assessment will be sent to the client.
Refunds for Physical Products
• If you have not been issued a tracking number, we can refund your order for a change of mind.
• If you have received your tracking number, we cannot refund your order.
Refund Method
All refunds will be issued in the form of a LOLU HEALTH gift card. This gift card can be used for future purchases and does not expire.
LOLU KInD Programme Cancellation Policy
For the LOLU KInD Programme, once the programme has started and the client wishes to cancel halfway, the refundable amount will be calculated based on the remaining days of the programme. For example, if a client who has purchased a three-week programme has received the first two weeks of the diet plan, the refundable amount will be for the remaining one week. This refund will be issued as a gift card.
