The LOLU™ HEALTH team is a multidisciplinary group comprising Registered Dietitians, Registered Nutritionists, Academics, Nurses, Registered Exercise Professionals, Food Scientists, and Mindfulness Coach (phycho-emotional support).

What sets our approach apart is its distinctive nature: We provide this interdisciplinary method across ethnicities. Furthermore, our team of nutritionists has undergone specialized health coaching training, equipping them with the most effective methods to assist you during your treatment and offer support precisely when you require it.

Louise W Lu

Founder of LOLU™ Health and KInD™ (Keto Intermittent™ Diet), an honorary academic at the University of Auckland, Louise's 10-year research journey centers on dietary interventions, metabolic health, nutrient metabolism, and food behaviour. She evaluates the feasibility of dietary interventions and product development through consumer acceptability and sensory analysis, with a commitment to translating research outcomes into public health information.

Christina Jie-Hua Chen

Dr. Christina Jiehua Chen is an Associate Professor at Shenzhen University, China. She received her bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Sun Yat-Sen University (China) and obtained her Ph.D. in Nutrition from the National University of Singapore. Later, she joined Newcastle University (UK)-Singapore Campus as a Lecturer in the Food and Human Nutrition Programme. Subsequently, she returned to China and became an Associate Professor in the Department of Nutrition and Food Hygiene at Southern Medical University.

In 2016, she entered the industrial sector and assumed the role of Deputy Head of the Nutrition and Health Research Centre at By-Health Co. Ltd, a publicly listed dietary supplement company in China. In this capacity, she was responsible for overseeing research studies, including in vitro, in vivo, and clinical studies.

In 2020, Dr. Chen returned to academia as an Associate Professor in the Institute of Development and Innovation of Food Industry at Shenzhen University. Her research interests focus on nutritional intervention strategies, including the development of new ingredients and formulations for food for special medical purposes. She also explores functional foods targeting metabolic disorders and neurodegenerative diseases.

Dr. Chen has published 27 peer-reviewed articles in world-class food and nutrition journals.

Michelle Ordner

Registered Nurse (RN)

Michelle's expertise spans healthcare, nutrition infusion, and menopausal care. Her journey began with nursing school in New Zealand in 1991, followed by success in the RN board exams and a Critical Care course in the USA. She dedicated 17 years to roles in various ICU and Emergency Rooms in Los Angeles.

Upon her return to New Zealand, she ventured into cosmetic medicine and Wellness, furthering her skills. Michelle underwent training in adipose tissue processing for mesenchymal stem cells in Beverly Hills, California, and obtained a certificate in intravenous nutrition in the UK.

Her comprehensive knowledge encompasses nutrition infusion and specialized care for menopausal clients, showcasing her dedication to healthcare expertise.

Genggeng Shen

BSc in Biological Science and PGCert in Genetics. Associate Registered Nutritionist. GengGeng has acquired extensive knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance in local and overseas markets during his almost decade-long tenure in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industry.

He is passionate about the entire manufacturing process of food supplements, traditional herb remedies and innovative foods, from formulation to raw material sourcing, packaging, testing, and labelling/claims.

Now, he would like to share his knowledge with health-conscious individuals who struggle to choose the right diet and supplement products to meet their needs.

Alexandra V Goldberg

Alexandra is a powerhouse in nutrition, medicinal chemistry, bodybuilding, and skincare. She combines scientific rigor with creativity. Alexandra's expertise in gastrointestinal post-operative patients, feeding tolerance, and weight loss aids clients in achieving health goals.

Ivy Yanlin Lyu

Ivy possesses specialized expertise in infant formulation development technologies and is an expert in formula diet plans. Holding a bachelor's degree in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Auckland and being a member of the New Zealand Nutrition Society, she brings a strong foundation in nutrition science.

Ivy excels in customer engagement, diligently catering to their needs and preferences, and is deeply committed to delivering exceptional value and surpassing expectations. Schynell Coutinho

Schynell is a Registered Dietitian dedicated to educating, empowering, and collaborating with individuals for positive diet and lifestyle changes. She strongly advocates for multiculturalism and health equity in New Zealand.

Her clinical experience utilizes her critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The most important aspect of her job is building relationships and working together with her patients to achieve their health goals. She is committed to upholding a holistic approach in her practice.
