What is KInD™ Program

The Keto Intermittent™ (KInD™) Program is a novel dietary approach that combines the principles of the ketogenic diet with a carefully designed regimen of dietary supplements. This diet aims to optimize fat metabolism and promote overall health through a synergistic combination of 3-PHASE nutritional strategies.

Phase I

Enter KInD™ (Keto Intermittent™ Diet) fast weight loss phase.

This diet plan is based on "Carb-Insulin Model"* and low-fat ketogenic diet**. Limiting the carbohydrate intake to encourage the body to enter a state of intermittent ketosis in the morning.

Our registered nutritionist and dietician will analyse the length of Phase I according to your baseline weight: 7 days, 14 days, or 28 days.

Our team will also teach you how to combine a regimen of carefully selected supplements to enhance fat metabolism and mitochondrial function and reduce the lipoinflammation. You will start losing weight within the first few days and you will feel full of energy without feeling hungry.

Phase III

Enter 28 days LeMa™ (Lean Mass) Diet to boost the metabolism and continue a steady long-term weight loss.

The registered nutritionist and dietician will design a carb cycle plan based on your weight and daily energy expenditure. You will have a personalised physical activity program and you will receive advice from a personal trainer.

What does the KInD™Program have that other weight loss diets don't have?

Traditional diets have frustraingly slow results. KInD™ clients have lost up to 10% of body weight in 1 month.

Traditional diets cannot promote sufficient weight loss at start and can be unmotivating. You will see results within the first few days by following KInD™.

Following traditional diet, 25% of the weight loss is due to muscle loss. With KInD™, 95% of the weight loss is due to fat loss and muscle is maintained.

With traditional diets, you may see rebound effect once the diet is over. With KInD™, you will maintain your weight loss results thanks to the resolution of lipoinflammation.
